Chat Tours (the Company) will maintain and process the Users' personal data (hereinafter the "Personal Data") in order to support, promote and execute the present.

The Company has the authority to transfer the Personal Data to any associated company within or outside the European Union, in case this is imposed by functional or technical reasons or for statistical or historical reasons.
Unless otherwise instructed, the Company has the right to use Personal Data for the purpose of advertising and promoting remotely its products and services or products and services of third parties.

The Users retain the rights granted by the Greek "Data Protection Act" Law: 2472/1997 and especially the rights regarding information, access and repudiation.
